Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 11, 2026

This policy explains how Mueller Landscape Inc. (“we,” “us”) collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit muellerlandscapeinc.com, call or text us, fill out one of our forms (on our website or inside an ad on Facebook, Instagram or Google), or become a customer.

Information We Collect

  • Information you give us: your name, phone number, email, service address and details about the work you need, whether you send them through a form, an ad lead form, a phone call, a text or an email.
  • Phone calls: calls to our numbers may be recorded. They are answered by our staff or our answering service, which takes down your request. We use call-tracking numbers so we know which ad, listing or page led you to call.
  • Ad and campaign information: if you accept cookies, or if you arrive on one of our forms directly from an ad link, your form submission may include the ad’s click identifier and campaign tags. This tells us which ad you came from.
  • Customer records: the services we perform, estimates, invoices and payment history. Payments are handled by our payment processor; we don’t store full card numbers on our systems.

How We Use It

We use your information to respond to you, give estimates, schedule and perform work, bill you, provide customer service and send updates about your service. We also use it to measure which advertising brings in customers, so we spend our marketing budget wisely. Unless you ask us not to, we may email you about seasonal services and specials; every email includes an unsubscribe link.

Text Messages

If you give us your mobile number, we may text you about your request, estimates, appointments and service. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. We do not share your mobile number or text consent with anyone for their own marketing.

How We Share It

We do not sell your personal information or rent it to anyone. We share it only:

  • With service providers that work for us, such as our customer management system, answering service, call-tracking, email, payment, website and automation providers. They may use it only to perform services for us.
  • For advertising measurement: when someone who came from one of our ads becomes a customer, we may send that ad platform (such as Google Ads) the ad click identifier or the phone number you gave us, plus the amount invoiced, so we can see which ads produced real customers. Phone numbers are converted into an unreadable code before they are sent. We don’t send your name, address or job details for this purpose. You can ask us to leave you out by contacting us below.
  • When required by law or to protect our rights, or as part of a sale or transfer of our business.

Cookies, Analytics and Your Choices

Cookies and third-party tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft Advertising and CallRail load on our website only if you choose Accept in our cookie banner. If you choose Decline, they stay off and the site shows our main phone number instead of a tracking number, except on pages that visitors can only reach from our ads, which always show that ad’s phone number. A few necessary cookies, such as the one that remembers your choice, are always set. You can change your choice at any time with the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link at the bottom of every page. See our Cookie Policy for details.

We treat a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal from your browser as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, and we confirm on screen when we have honored it. Browser “Do Not Track” signals have no agreed standard, so our website does not respond to them differently.

Anonymous Website Measurement

Whatever you choose in our cookie banner, Mueller Landscape Inc. counts website visits and inquiries anonymously, so we can tell which advertising and pages actually bring in customers. This counting:

  • uses no cookies or other storage on your device;
  • is collected by this website itself and stored by our web provider, Explore Digital, which acts as our service provider and may use the data only to give us this report;
  • records only the page you viewed, how you got here (for example, “Google Ads” or a link from another website), your device and browser type, your country, and whether you called or emailed us from the website, submitted a form, or placed an order (the products and the total, but not who ordered them);
  • never records what you type into a form, your name, email address, phone number, address or order number;
  • shortens your IP address before it is stored, discards advertising click identifiers, and uses a visit code that changes every day, so a visit can’t be connected to you or to your visits on other days;
  • is never sold or shared, never used to target advertising, and never combined with other information about you.

We keep this information in de-identified form. We will not attempt to re-identify it, and we contractually require our service provider not to re-identify it either. Detailed visit records are deleted after 90 days. We keep only overall totals, and those are deleted 25 months after the period they cover. Because this information can’t be linked to you, we can’t locate it to respond to a request to access or delete your data. That is also why we collect it even if you decline cookies or send a GPC signal. We do not count visitors from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland.

This section is effective as of October 6, 2026.

Ad Lead Forms

If you request service through a form inside an ad on Facebook, Instagram or Google, that platform collects the information and sends it to us, and we handle it under this policy. The platform’s own privacy policy also applies to what it collects.

How Long We Keep It

We keep customer and lead records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet tax, accounting and legal record-keeping requirements. Recordings made by our answering service are deleted after 90 days; recordings made by our call-tracking service are kept until we delete them.

Your Choices and Requests

You may ask us at any time to:

  • tell you what personal information we have about you,
  • correct it,
  • delete it (unless we need to keep it for legal or accounting reasons), or
  • stop marketing emails or texts, or leave you out of advertising measurement.

Email [email protected] or call (619) 440-3762. We won’t treat you differently for making a request.

Children

Our website and services are not directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

Security

We use encryption to protect information sent through our website and limit access to the employees and providers who need it to do their jobs.

Changes

If we update this policy, we’ll post the new version here with a new “Last updated” date.
